Our Caravan

Please note, as shown below, that as from 6th July 2020 the charity has no alternative but to make a nominal charge for use of the caravan

For details of the caravan park and how to get there, please visit the park's website

The charity's first caravan has proven to be a tremendous success with families having visited since it first opened in 2010. Families have visited the caravan during summer months as well as mid term breaks. Children who are home educated can visit the caravan at other times of the year which means that more than 25 families benefit each year from a much needed break.

Sadly though the charity's income at the moment has virtually stopped and coupled with the caravan having suffered considerable damage from previous visits, which is currently being repaired or replaced, we have no alternative but to charge, with immediate effect, a nominal amount for use of the caravan. The cost of a break at the caravan will therefore be as follows;
For 3 night stays Friday to Monday £250
For 4 night stays Monday to Friday £350
For 7 night stays Saturday to Saturday £450

br> The caravan has three bedrooms and will sleep up to 8 people and has a ramp for wheelchair access. The caravan however, is not disabled adapted. For emergencies, there is an alert button which will bring immediate assistance from park security. You can apply to us for a family holiday if you have a child or children with special needs.

These can be 3, 4 or 7 night holidays in the charity’s own caravan at the fabulous seaside resort of Camber Sands, East Sussex. Not only does Camber have a wonderful safe and sandy beach there are many places to visit locally, like the exciting town of Hastings, the peaceful and historic Rye. You can also visit the stunning Bodiam castle or the Battle of Hastings site.
