Please ensure that all parts of your application are completed fully including the income statement. All supporting documents should also be enclosed with the application, including a photo of the child, family or group for whom the application is being made.
Applications which have not been fully completed or have any information or supporting documents missing will not be considered by the trustees
In order to demonstrate to funders, the need for our services. If your application is successful we may ask you to send a short mobile phone video, (before funds are released) of parent and child explaining what you are requesting, its potential benefits and what your expectations of Children's Hope Foundation are.
We may also ask for a further phone video after your request has been fulfilled in order to demonstrate the impact or difference our service has made.
Full details on how to submit your video free of charge will be included with the offer of your grant
